Delete Account — 玄數 Xuan Shu

This page provides account deletion instructions for the 玄數 (Xuan Shu) app (yao.qdkf.net). Per Google Play Data Safety policy, if you created a 玄數 account, you have the right to request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

1. Delete via the App

Open the Xuan Shu app and follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Profile tab, then Settings
  2. Tap Delete Account
  3. Confirm your intent. A verification code email will be sent to your registered email address
  4. Enter the code. Once verified, your account and all data will be permanently deleted

Account deletion is irreversible. You will lose all reading history, credits, and in-app purchases with no recovery.

2. Delete via Email

If you cannot access the app, send an email request:

Subject line: "Account Deletion - 玄數 (Xuan Shu)". Include the email address you used to register.

We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm via email.

3. Data Removed Upon Deletion

  • Account information (username, email, password)
  • All reading history (hexagrams and follow-up conversations)
  • Credit balance and credit ledger
  • Feedback records
